Michael Feigelson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Van Leer Foundation. He leads a global team supporting governments and business leaders to develop and implement large-scale early childhood policies and programmes. Previously, he held several other positions at the foundation since 2007. Prior to Van Leer, Michael spent most of his career serving grassroots and nonprofit organisations in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe working with homeless and displaced children and families. Early in his career, he was a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. Michael has degrees from Wesleyan University and Princeton Universty, was a Thomas J. Watson fellow, and served as a member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Behaviour.
