Andrei Greenawalt is executive vice president and head of global policy at Via, a technology company that partners with over 600 cities and transit agencies worldwide to plan transit systems, provide on-demand shuttles and buses, improve paratransit services, and optimize school bus transportation. He is also co-host and producer of the podcast “ModeShift.” Previously, Greenawalt was a policy advisor in the office of the chief of staff and an associate administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at the White House from 2009 to 2014. From 2015-16, Andrei was a Council on Foreign Relations fellow in Tokyo, where he taught an undergraduate course on The American Presidency at Temple University’s Japan campus. He served as a law clerk to two Federal judges and worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Government Reform.
