Chelsea Andrews is president and executive director of the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission in Maryland. In this role, she leads an agency serving 30,000 residents in over 9,000 apartment, townhome, and single-family rental properties and manages almost 9,000 rental assistance vouchers. Prior to this, Andrews was executive director of EveryOne Home, representing Alameda County and 14 cities in northern California. Previously, she was senior executive vice president and general counsel for the District of Columbia Housing Authority and an assistant state’s attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland.
