Dan Goodman is Mid-Atlantic planning director at Toole Design. Prior to this, he was a senior planner at Toole Design from 2007 to 2013. Previously, Goodman led the Federal Highway Administration’s Pedestrian and Bicycle Program on national policy, planning, design guidance, and resources for practitioners. For this work, he was recognized as the 2016 Public Sector Professional of the Year by the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals.
