Dasha Niarchos is the founder and CEO of Ray, a next-generation real estate and lifestyle platform reimagining how people live, work, and engage with culture in cities. Ray’s developments integrate design excellence, community infrastructure, and cultural programming—featuring artist studios, galleries, coworking spaces, wellness amenities, and public art—creating environments that foster creativity, connection, and long-term value. Ray’s inaugural project in Philadelphia achieved rapid lease-up, and its Harlem development includes a new permanent home for the National Black Theatre, reflecting Niarchos’s ability to align commercial success with cultural impact. Prior to Ray, Niarchos founded the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art and launched Garage Magazine. She was also a co-founder of Artsy, the world's largest online art marketplace. Niarchos serves on the boards of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Gagosian, The Shed, and LACMA, and is widely recognized for her strategic vision, creative leadership, and ability to build enduring platforms across industries.
