Davion Hodges is a representative of the Baltimore Squeegee Leadership Team,  engaging disconnected youth and working with the Baltimore Mayor’s Office of African American Male Engagement. A front desk attendant at the Hotel Revival in downtown Baltimore, during the summer of 2022 he was a member of the Squeegee Collaborative, representing the Squeegee Worker Leadership Team. Prior to this, Hodges attended the Jane Addams Resource Corporation and completed a certificate in welding. He previously participated in the Mayor’s Office of African American Male Engagement mentoring and job readiness skills events and is a graduate of Success Academy. Hodges has spoken publicly on the topic of youth engagement and looks forward to leading additional cohorts from the mayor’s office.
