Doug Carr is president and CEO of Union Station Redevelopment Corporation. In this capacity, he manages Washington Union Station which serves over 37 million passengers each year. Prior to this, Carr was the executive director of Moynihan Station Development Corporation in New York City. There, he was responsible for the execution and delivery of the Moynihan Station Train Hall development program that expanded New York’s Penn Station, the busiest transit hub in the United States. Previously, he was vice president of New York Corporate Solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle, serving as project lead for the northeast region public institutions practice group, and vice president for the World Trade Center redevelopment in New York, where he advised Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on the site’s financing, operations, and security planning.
