Jen Tolentino is the director of local practice at Results for America, leading the American Rescue Plan Initiative and coordinating intergovernmental recovery response. Prior to this, she was director of the Los Angeles mayor’s office innovation team. In that role, Tolentino supported the city’s data-driven response to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivered projects for Los Angeles Homelessness Services Authority, and helped Los Angeles achieve platinum certification by What Works Cities. Previously, she was the vice president of impact and innovation at Rock the Vote, where she directed the civic technology and policy teams, bringing together government officials and voting rights advocates to modernize elections and engagement. Tolentino also led national government outreach for the Voting Information Project at the Pew Charitable Trusts and supported federal research and advocacy work at the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
