Injury Prevention Lead at Bloomberg Philanthropies

Kelly Larson is the injury prevention lead at Bloomberg Philanthropies. She directs the road safety, drowning prevention, and Partnership for Healthy Cities programs and provides technical support to partners and grantees in the tobacco-control initiative. Larson was part of the Bloomberg team that partnered with the state of New York to accelerate its contact tracing program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this, she managed local, national, and international public health programs with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, National Hemophilia Foundation, United Nations Development Program in Fiji and the Pacific Islands, and was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer on an outer island in the Federated States of Micronesia.
