Krystal Reyes is the chief resilience officer for the City of Tulsa, OK. She works to implement the Resilient Tulsa plan for solutions to challenges ranging from extreme weather events to racial, economic, and health inequities. Prior to this, Reyes was the director of community engagement in the division of family and child health at New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Previously, she was executive director of Hunts Point Alliance for Children, and before that, senior advisor for children and family services in the office of the New York City mayor.
