Anh Nguyen is an Urban Innovation Fellow at Cornell Tech’s Urban Tech Hub, embedded within the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where she leads climate and infrastructure initiatives spanning air quality and water systems. She is leading the design and delivery of New York City’s Indirect Source Rule digital compliance platform, guiding the translation of new air pollution legislation targeting freight and warehouse emissions into an operational system for reporting, enforcement, and public transparency. In parallel, she leads AI-enabled modernization efforts across the nation’s largest water and sewer system, setting strategy and direction for technology that improves infrastructure inspection, supports stormwater management, and strengthens climate resilience. Previously, Nguyen was a product director in enterprise software, where she led teams to build and scale sustainability, governance, and supply-chain platforms used by global organizations.
