Camila Rodriguez Hernandez is the regional manager for infrastructure and energy in Europe and Latin America at International Finance Corporation. In this role, she leads teams dedicated to early stage project preparation and pre-investment work in infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Hernandez worked at the World Bank's transport practice for over 10 years. There, she led sector dialogue, business development, and the design and implementation of projects in urban mobility, logistics, roads, and intercity freight railways in Latin America. Previously, Hernandez worked in management consulting at Monitor Consulting (later OTF Group) and as a financial analyst at Groome Capital. Earlier in her career, Hernandez was a research economist at Harvard’s Center for International Development.
