As Chalk Riot’s Sole Proprietor and Principal Artist, Chelsea is usually our primary point of contact for clients. In between long days on the sidewalk and in the studio, she’s leading creative brainstorms, submitting renderings, managing budgets and logistics. Most importantly, she ensures the team is caffeinated, fed and hydrated! Chelsea also has an independent mural art practice and regularly consults on public arts programming for various city agencies.
