Mayor David Holt is the 38th Mayor of Oklahoma City and the current President of the United States Conference of Mayors. In OKC, he has presided over an unprecedented period of growth. Mayor Holt also currently serves as Dean of the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a member of the Osage Nation and is Oklahoma City’s first Native American mayor. In 2023, in a piece written by Mayor Bloomberg, Mayor Holt was named one of TIME’s “100 Next” most influential people in the world. During his tenure, Mayor Holt has successfully passed three initiatives that have committed nearly $5 billion to infrastructure and quality of life. Mayor Holt previously served in the Oklahoma Senate.
