Faith Leach is chief administrative officer of the City of Baltimore, managing all daily government operations and delivery of city services. Prior to this, she was Baltimore’s deputy mayor of equity, health, and human services. Previously, Leach was chief of staff at the JPMorgan Chase and Co. Foundation, where she created the community engagement team, developed local engagement strategy, and catalyzed the racial equity commitment. Earlier in her career, Leach was chief of staff for the Washington, DC, deputy mayor for greater economic opportunity. She is a Meyer Foundation and Ladies of Hope Ministries board member, United Justice Coalition member, and a Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture ambassador. Leach's recognition includes a 2019 NC State Black Alumni Society 40 for 40 award.
