Flavio Tejada is a Director at Arup, where he leads Cities and Property planning, design, and advisory services across Europe, and is the founder and Director of the Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) at IE University. He has led and advised on major strategic urban interventions, including Madrid Nuevo Norte and the Barcelona El Prat Airport Real Estate Master Plan. He currently serves as Urban Planning Director for the Madrid Strategic Plan, contributing to the long‑term vision and transformation of the city.
