Heidi Tejera is an innovation and social impact leader with over 15 years of experience advancing inclusive economic development and strengthening urban opportunity across Latin America. Her work focuses on building cross-sector partnerships that connect governments, the private sector, academia, and civil society to design and scale solutions that unlock human potential in cities. As a coach with the Youth Climate Action Fund (YCAF), she supports emerging city leaders in advancing locally driven climate action and urban resilience initiatives. She is also the executive director of Fundación La Llave in Chile, a nonprofit that prevents university dropout among talented students from underserved regions through safe community housing, close mentorship, and holistic development support to build more skilled, resilient, and socially connected urban communities.
