Jennifer Sondag has been the executive editor of Bloomberg CityLab in New York since 2020. In the 20 years prior to that time, she has held roles in the Bloomberg newsroom as a reporter, editor and manager. Most recently she was executive editor for newsroom training globally. She is a steering committee member of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, a nonprofit providing pro bono legal representation and other resources to protect First Amendment freedoms.
