Josh is the Senior Housing Policy Advisor for Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, leading the city’s affordable housing efforts. Key projects include the redevelopment of 2 Peachtree, an office-to-residential conversion, the launch of the Housing Help Center, and the creation of Atlanta Urban Development, a new entity to build social housing on public land. Josh also led the delivery of the Melody, a 40-unit project as part of the Mayor’s Rapid Housing initiative. He is president of the Atlanta Municipal Market board and a board member for HouseATL. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Kennesaw State University and a master’s of divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.
