Mark Foster is managing director of Strategic Advisory Management, where he advises on international financial services and digital policy. He is also an international policy advisor at Kreab Worldwide. Previously, Foster was vice president of government relations at Barclays. Earlier in his career, he was a senior parliamentary officer in the UK Permanent Representation to the European Union and, before that, a European parliamentary assistant. Foster has held elected roles in trade associations, including a two-term period as vice chair at the financial services committee of American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union and vice chair for the EU/UK task force at the British Chamber of Commerce to the EU.
