Meredith Glaser is the director of the Urban Cycling Institute. A Netherlands-based urban mobility researcher and lecturer, her focus is on policy innovation, knowledge transfer, and capacity building for sustainable transport goals. Glaser is the academic director of Planning the Cycling City summer program and co-developed the online course Unraveling the Cycling City. She speaks at international conferences on sustainable transport, innovation, urban design, and cycling cities. Glaser’s work has appeared in The Guardian, Streetsblog, Apolitical, Outside Magazine, and on National Public Radio, among others. She is a board member of CROW, a Dutch knowledge platform for bicycle policy.
