Pierfrancesco Maran is deputy mayor for housing and neighborhoods of Milan, Italy. Prior to this, he was Milan deputy mayor for urban planning, green areas, and agriculture, focused on the regeneration of seven abandoned railway stations in the city. Previously, Maran was a Milan city councilor working within the mobility and environment commission. During this time, he was also the National Association of Italian Municipalities delegate for public transport and mobility and president of the Car Sharing Initiative.
