Regina Bakitte Musoke is the current mayor of Nansana municipality and an environmentalist and public health specialist. She has a passion for young people and gender inclusion. With support from the Youth Climate Fund, courtesy of Bloomberg Philanthropies, she has helped mobilize and support 5,000 youth in promoting clean energy, tree planting, and innovative apps such as Budde for surveillance of environmental abuse and in legislation. This is through bylaw development and its implementation.
