Wes Moore is the 63rd governor of Maryland. He is the first Black governor in the state’s 246-year history and the third African American elected governor in the history of the United States. Prior to this, Moore was CEO of the Robin Hood Foundation anti-poverty organization. A combat veteran and social entrepreneur, he previously founded Omari Productions and produced the series Coming Back with Wes Moore and documentary All the Difference for PBS. Moore is the author of The Other Wes Moore and The Work.
