Youseline Dufrene is dedicated to encouraging young people, especially young girls, to step outside of their comfort zones, believe in their abilities, and pursue opportunities that help them grow both personally and professionally. Through mentoring and outreach, she strives to create spaces where individuals feel empowered to develop confidence, embrace challenges, and realise their full potential.
