Santiago Amador is the former head of IBO Public Innovation Lab of Bogotá. Prior to this, he was national director of internet policy at Colombia’s ministry of information and communications technologies. Previously, Amador was the founder of Bogotá City Council’s Democracy Lab and led the structuring of Colombia’s mission of digital transformation for education.
