Terrance Smith is a fellow at the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University. A researcher and global thought leader on trust in government, his focus is on how trust dynamics influence public governance solutions. Previously, Smith was director of the office of strategic initiatives for the City of Mobile, AL. Prior to this, he was director of the Mobile mayor's innovation team and a senior project manager for the city. Smith’s recognition includes the Traeger Award for local government engagement.
