Tiffany Davis is the data program director with the African Mayoral Leadership Initiative at University of Cape Town’s African Center for Cities, engaging mayors in establishing foundational data practices. Previously, she directed the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence at Johns Hopkins University. There, Davis managed service delivery efforts to align mayoral and strategic priorities with data management and technological solutions to drive efficiency, transparency, and sustainability. Her recognition includes the 2021 National Forum for Black Public Administrators Steven D. Ford Memorial Award for demonstrated professionalism and leadership achievement in public administration.
