Tina Walha is the chief partnerships officer at U.S. Digital Response, a nonpartisan nonprofit that places experienced, pro-bono technologists to support state and local governments in responding to constituent needs. Prior to this, she was chief innovation officer for the City of Seattle and policy advisor in the New York City mayor's office. Walha also previously worked as a management consultant, learning from public servants at the city, county, state, federal, and international level while setting organizational strategy and exploring opportunities for impact.
